Macildowie are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a well established business in the Oldbury West Midlands area supporting the HR Director and Senior Leadership Team of the business. This position is full time, fully office based Organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, agenda planning, meeting governance, minute taking, pre-reads, actions and following up on actions. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and other service providers. Managing various weekly and monthly projects and collation of data from leaders. Be a proactive key member of the broader executive and personal assistant team ensuring that broader companywide initiatives are delivered as required In order to be considered for this position you must have previous PA experience at a senior level, have strong organisational skills, strong Powerpoint skills, be able to work well under pressure, be highly organised, be IT literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
