This is a key role supporting the smooth and compliant running of the firm’s financial operations, particularly across client and office accounts in line with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules. Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, bills, credit notes, and financial transactions
- Manage client and office account postings, payments, and transfers
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Support credit control and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process purchase ledger invoices and assist with payment runs
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Support VAT returns and financial reporting
