I am supporting a well-established organisation in Nottingham who are looking for a Temporary HR Advisor to join them on a short-term basis to provide vital support during a busy period.
- Handling a range of employee relations matters confidently and effectively
- Supporting managers with HR advice in a unionised environment
- Assisting with recruitment processes where needed
- Providing ad hoc payroll support (desirable but not essential)
- Strong generalist HR background
- Recruitment and/or payroll experience is a bonus
- Available to start immediately
