The predicted salary is between 18 - 18 Β£ per hour.

We are supporting one of public sector customers with the recruitment of a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join their Estates team on one of their key sites in Nottingham. The role supports the day-to-day facilities management and maintenance of the site, carrying out a range of planned and reactive tasks and ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance
  • Fire alarm and water testing
  • Facilities management including preparing rooms for meetings and moving furniture
  • Building access duties

About You

We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You'll ideally have previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, property or building services environment, together with a good understanding of health and safety and safe working practices. Due to the nature of the organisation – an enhanced DBS is required for this role.
