About the role
- You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and client relationships, providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice.
- The role covers a wide variety of HR and ER matters, including:
- Advising clients on employment law issues and best practice
- Managing settlement agreements and related documentation
- Supporting clients with a range of HR and Employee Relations cases
- Providing clear, timely, and practical legal advice
- Building trusted relationships with your own client portfolio
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and support workload management
