We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join its friendly and fast-paced team based on the edge of Nottinghamshire. This is a varied administrative role where you’ll support the wider service and aftersales operation, managing customer documentation, processing claims, and paperwork, liaising with customers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with multiple departments, you’ll play a key part in delivering an efficient and professional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer paperwork, claims, and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with customers via phone and email, providing updates and resolving queries
- Support the service and aftersales teams with day-to-day administration
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Assist with auditing and compliance-related checks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements
- Support invoicing and general administrative tasks where required
Ideal Candidate

- Experience using systems such as CDK, Keyloop, Kerridge, or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous, but is not essential
