Location: Flexible/Hybrid (must be within 1.5 hours of Northampton)

Reports to: Chief People Officer

Team: Manages 2 Regional People Partners

Salary: Up to £75,000 base + benefits

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to collaborate with senior leaders in operations and supply chain to drive performance and engagement. You will lead a team of Regional People Partners and influence operational performance and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching & Partnership: Build a strong coaching partnership with senior leaders to drive performance and develop leadership capabilities.
  • Performance Management & Engagement: Oversee performance and engagement strategies for operational teams.
  • Leadership Development: Support the development of leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use HRMI data to anticipate and address opportunities and risks.
  • Employee Relations: Manage ER issues, including whistleblowing cases, in collaboration with Regional People Partners.
  • Project Leadership: Lead people workstreams for business change initiatives.
  • Organisational Development: Drive OD interventions when required to support business changes or opportunities.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience at HRBP level, with a track record of driving change in operational environments.
  • Strong coaching ability, experience in challenging senior stakeholders, and the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Up-to-date employment law knowledge and familiarity with key business metrics.
  • Outcome-focused, confident in building relationships, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
