Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to collaborate with senior leaders in operations and supply chain to drive performance and engagement. You will lead a team of Regional People Partners and influence operational performance and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching & Partnership: Build a strong coaching partnership with senior leaders to drive performance and develop leadership capabilities.
- Performance Management & Engagement: Oversee performance and engagement strategies for operational teams.
- Leadership Development: Support the development of leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HRMI data to anticipate and address opportunities and risks.
- Employee Relations: Manage ER issues, including whistleblowing cases, in collaboration with Regional People Partners.
- Project Leadership: Lead people workstreams for business change initiatives.
- Organisational Development: Drive OD interventions when required to support business changes or opportunities.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience at HRBP level, with a track record of driving change in operational environments.
- Strong coaching ability, experience in challenging senior stakeholders, and the ability to present insights effectively.
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge and familiarity with key business metrics.
- Outcome-focused, confident in building relationships, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
