Macildowie are currently supporting a business based in the NN14 area of Northampton with the recruitment of an HR Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support to the HR team and wider business. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and supporting key projects as the business continues to grow and evolve.

  • Provide effective and accurate administrative support across all HR disciplines
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Support recruitment activity: liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within an HR team
  • A positive, professional, and flexible approach
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience with HR systems such as Success Factors or Tensor is desirable, but training can be provided
