We’re working with a well-established, values-led organisation to appoint a Reward Manager into a key role within their HR function. This is a broad and hands-on position, offering ownership of compensation and benefits across a multi-entity environment.
The Role
- You’ll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of reward across the business, ensuring programmes are competitive, well-governed and clearly understood.
- Managing the annual salary and bonus review cycle end-to-end.
- Leading benchmarking, job evaluation and pay structure development.
- Overseeing benefits provision, including renewals, providers and platforms.
- Producing reward analysis, insights and modelling to support decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.
- Enhancing communication of pay, benefits and wellbeing offerings.
- Supporting governance processes and senior stakeholder reporting.
About You
- Experience within reward, compensation & benefits.
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and modelling.
