Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with an ambitious and fast-evolving organisation in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their central marketing team based in Castle Donington. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, digitally savvy marketer looking to develop their skills across a diverse range of brands within a supportive and forward-looking environment.
- Professional development: support for CIM or equivalent qualifications and strong internal growth prospects (previous recruits stepping into management roles).
- Mentorship and training: closely guided by Marketing Managers and supported by an in-house designer.
- Hybrid working flexibility: a few weeks in office to learn the brand, followed by a responsive hybrid model.
- Creative variety: combine content writing, design (graphics, infographics), social campaigns, and events coordination.
- Hands-on experience: manage the full marketing mix across design, LinkedIn (80%), Instagram, Facebook, website, email, CRM, and events/exhibitions.
- Manage and update web content, blogs, brochures, and case studies.
- Analyse campaign performance.
- Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok); report on performance.
- Coordinate brand presence at trade shows/exhibitions: liaising with suppliers, logistics, and image capture.
- Manage customer data and campaigns via HubSpot CRM (or similar).
- Support SEO, track PPC ROI, and improve website performance.
2+ years in marketing, ideally B2B or product marketing (unless you have transferable skills).
- Strong copywriting and digital content creation.
- Comfortable using HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Full clean driving licence with willingness to travel for events.
- Willingness to travel to Castle Donington 3 days per week.
