Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Stoneleigh to recruit a Marketing Assistant to support their Marketing and Operations team. This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in both marketing, ideally within a charity or membership-based organisation. You’ll play a vital role supporting key operational functions, marketing campaigns, events and membership services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and schedule social media and newsletter content
- Manage digital image content and marketing materials
- Coordinate RBST’s presence at agricultural shows and training events
- Process membership applications and renewals
- Provide office support including visitor reception and incoming correspondence
- Assist with budgeting, planning, document preparation and procurement
What We're Looking For:
- Administrative and marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva and Mailchimp (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
