Macildowie are working with a growing, innovative resourcing business headquartered in Market. This is your opportunity to join a vibrant finance team at a forward-thinking company that provides dynamic resourcing solutions to a global client base.

  • Full ownership of the purchase ledger - process all contractor and overhead invoices
  • Manage supplier onboarding and maintain contract data
  • Prepare gross and net pay details for approximately 110 staff
  • Liaise directly with outsourced payroll providers and pension suppliers
  • Support payroll administration including contract changes and amendments
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance and payroll queries

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within purchase ledger or transactional finance
  • Comfortable operating across Dutch, American, German or UK markets (desirable)
  • Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables and VLOOKUP essential)
  • Exposure to NetSuite or multi-currency accounting (advantageous)
  • A proactive approach to understanding the full contract-to-payment cycle
