- Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a background in ERP and business applications?
/n
- This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a portfolio of core business systems and have a real influence on how they are used across the organisation.
/n
- You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, balancing day-to-day system management with improvement, change and optimisation. It's a role where you won't just be keeping systems running, you'll have the opportunity to challenge how things are done, improve processes and shape the future systems landscape.
/n

You'll be responsible for:
/n
/n
- Administering and supporting core ERP and business applications
/n
- Managing users, access, permissions, licensing and system security
/n
- Managing incidents, service requests and changes through to resolution
/n
- Supporting upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement
/n
- Maintaining system documentation, processes and standards
/n
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve system usage
/n
- Facilitating workshops and supporting process change
/n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work
/n
- Supporting wider business change and systems integration
/n
/n
What are we looking for?
/n
/n
- We're looking for someone with experience supporting and administering an ERP system or portfolio of business applications.
/n
- Your experience could come from a range of ERP environments including Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, Epicor, NetSuite, Sage or similar platforms.
/n
/n
You'll also ideally have experience with:
/n
/n
- Change management and structured change control
/n
- Process improvement and documentation
/n
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
/n
- ITSM, service management or ITIL environments
/n
- Translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
/n
- Knowledge of SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS or JavaScript would be useful but isn't essential.
/n
/n
About you:

- You'll enjoy working where technology, systems and business processes meet.
/n
- You'll be comfortable getting into the detail, but equally able to step back and challenge how systems and processes could work better.
/n
- You'll take ownership, communicate confidently with stakeholders and be comfortable managing multiple priorities.
/n
