We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a fast growing business in Nottingham.
They have been in rapid growth for a number of years, and this is an excellent time to join this business.
This is a Permanent role, and they are looking for someone with previous Purchase Ledger experience.
You will play a vital role in the wider Finance team, providing ongoing support to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Processing a high volume of invoices, accurately and on time
- Resolving queries and dealing with discrepancies
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supplier payment runs
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Administrator role
- Experience of invoice reconciliation and AP processes
- Strong user of Excel is essential
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Good analytical ability and methodical approach
- Keen attention to detail and problem solving mind
