Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a fast growing business in Nottingham.

They have been in rapid growth for a number of years, and this is an excellent time to join this business.

This is a Permanent role, and they are looking for someone with previous Purchase Ledger experience.

You will play a vital role in the wider Finance team, providing ongoing support to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Processing a high volume of invoices, accurately and on time
  • Resolving queries and dealing with discrepancies
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Administrator role
  • Experience of invoice reconciliation and AP processes
  • Strong user of Excel is essential
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Good analytical ability and methodical approach
  • Keen attention to detail and problem solving mind

Package

  • Full-time, Permanent role
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid working - 3 days on-site and 2 days' remote
