- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of employee relations matters.
- Support and lead on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management cases.
- Work closely with line managers to coach and support best HR practice and compliance with employment legislation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure systems are up to date.
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar advisory role. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. This role is 100% office-based in Leicester and would suit someone who is keen to be fully immersed in the day-to-day HR operations of a busy team.
