Macildowie are working with a luxury client based in Leicestershire to recruit a Sales Administrator for a growing and innovative business operating within the retail sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to take the next step within an office-based role. Whilst previous administration experience would be beneficial, we're far more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and good Excel skills who is eager to learn and develop.

The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support a variety of business functions to ensure projects, customer orders and internal processes run smoothly. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and maintaining information on internal systems
- Producing reports and updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Supporting cost calculations and project administration
- Coordinating customer samples and courier deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and data across company systems
- Assisting Account Managers with customer requirements and project updates
- Supporting stock reporting, scheduling and forecasting activities
- General administration and operational support across the business
About You
You may currently be working as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Office Assistant, Graduate, Sales Support Administrator or in another role where you've developed strong organisational skills and confidence using Excel. What we're really looking for is someone who:
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Enjoys being organised and working accurately
