Macildowie is partnering with a leading company based in Enderby to offer an exciting 12-month fixed-term contract for a Sales Account Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid position, ideal for someone eager to take their sales career to the next level within a supportive, high-performing team. You will report directly to the UK Sales Manager, based in Leicester, and collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Education, Marketing, and Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to build and nurture customer relationships while contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships to drive growth.
  • A balanced role of account management and light business development.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed shared goals.
  • Achieve KPIs and regional sales targets.
  • Track and report on activities such as calls, engagement, and territory performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within telephone-based or inside sales roles.
