- Lead and Mentor: Take daily ownership of the AP department, managing and supporting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to ensure team deadlines are consistently met.
- Drive Process Efficiency: Play an active role in the ongoing integration of a new AP Automation System, streamlining workflows and upgrading financial controls.
- Manage Cash Flow Supplier Relations: Oversee weekly and monthly payment runs, handle multi-currency transactions.
