Macildowie are pleased to be working with a long-standing, family-run business in Leicester to recruit a Part-Time Payroll Clerk into their established finance team. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of payroll operations, helping to ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule. The Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting the full payroll process across both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring all payroll activity is completed efficiently and in line with current legislation and HMRC guidelines. Alongside payroll processing, you’ll also assist with employee queries, reporting, reconciliations, and wider payroll administration duties.
