The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the university estate including within venues, buildings and the student accommodation.

You'll bring a strong track record managing directly employed trades and external contractors with key duties including:

  • Manage reactive and planned maintenance programmes (PPM)
  • Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards are met
  • Oversee contractors and project delivery
  • Manage budgets and drive efficient service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders
