Macildowie are working with a well respected client based in South Leicester to recruit an Accounts Payable Manager. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to £55,000. The role is fully office-based and sits within a fast-paced, operational environment where strong leadership and a hands-on approach are essential. You will take ownership of a busy Accounts Payable function, ensuring stability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the team. Key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and manage the Accounts Payable team
- Oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and reduce backlogs where required
- Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive team performance
