- Supervise and coordinate office team activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee scheduling, billing, inventory, and fleet operations.
- Maintain communication with engineering teams and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with procedures, and support audits.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and implementation of best practices.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead office role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
Experience in logistics or field service coordination (preferred).
