My client is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be pivotal in aligning HR strategies with the company's objectives, ensuring a productive and engaged workforce.
This role involves building strong relationships with operational leaders, contributing to employee development, and enhancing company culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Partner with managers to develop workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Lead on key HR projects, including change management initiatives, employee engagement.
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Drive performance management processes, coaching and supporting line managers to maximise team effectiveness.
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching senior stakeholders.
