This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a collaborative and supportive team in a varied position supporting the wider HR function. The successful candidate will support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment administration and provide general HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Preparing HR documentation including contracts and letters
- Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
- Managing HR inbox queries
- Supporting payroll administration processes
- Assisting with HR reporting and data management
- Supporting wider HR projects where required
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience within a HR Administration role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with confidential information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
