Management Accountant in Hinckley

Management Accountant – Hinckley Macildowie are working with this client based in Hinckley to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis , offering a competitive salary aligned with experience. This role sits within a dynamic and growing manufacturing division of a wider business and will take ownership of management accounts and cost control processes post-ERP (Epicor) implementation. The initial focus will be improving data accuracy, particularly within costing, and will eventually evolve into a wider FP&A role, supporting board-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities include: Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and reporting packs Cost variance analysis and job costing investigations Standard costing model development and KPI reporting ERP data integrity and post go-live cleanup Support in budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting Partnering with operations and procurement teams Ideal Candidate: Finalist or Qualified ACMA / ACCA Strong management and cost accounting background, ideally in manufacturing Experience with Epicor ERP desirable Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and improve processes Excellent communicator across finance and operational teams This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to drive financial insight in a technically strong and forward-looking environment.
