Macildowie are proud to be partnering with a global organisation to appoint a commercially minded and pragmatic Head of Reward – EMEA. This is a high-impact, standalone role that sits within a forward thinking wider team, with broad regional responsibility and significant exposure across the business.
Reporting into the VP of Reward, you’ll lead the development and delivery of reward strategy and operations across the EMEA region – playing a key role in driving fairness, consistency, and commercial alignment in how reward is approached across a workforce of over 3,000 colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the delivery of the annual reward cycle (pay review, incentives, benefits, benchmarking)
- Designing bespoke reward approaches for EMEA markets, aligned to global frameworks
- Acting as the lead advisor to People Business Partners and senior leaders across the region
- Managing reward input for M&A activity and supporting global projects
- Collaborating with a high-performing reward CoE to ensure consistency and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior-level reward experience across the EMEA region
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Experience with grading, benchmarking, and ideally sales incentive design
- Track record of influencing across a matrixed, multinational environment
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
