We're partnering with an innovative technology business that is transforming how organisations deliver complex digital journeys through AI-powered solutions. As their platform continues to grow, they're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join a collaborative engineering team building a modern, scalable SaaS product from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to work on a genuinely interesting product where you'll have ownership across the entire development lifecycle, helping shape both the user experience and the underlying platform architecture.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong commercial experience building modern web applications. You'll be confident working across the stack, comfortable taking ownership of features from concept to deployment, and passionate about delivering high-quality, secure and accessible software.

You'll be working on a sophisticated multi-tenant SaaS platform that leverages conversational AI to guide users through complex workflows and decision-making processes. The platform combines dynamic, schema-driven experiences with powerful no-code tooling, enabling non-technical users to build and manage workflows with ease.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll contribute across the full technology stack, from creating intuitive React interfaces and workflow builders through to API development, database design and security-focused architecture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and enhancing full-stack features using Next.js, React and TypeScript
  • Developing dynamic user interfaces and drag-and-drop workflow experiences
  • Designing and maintaining PostgreSQL database structures, authentication and multi-tenant functionality
  • Creating secure, scalable APIs, integrations and data export capabilities
  • Writing high-quality, testable code with strong engineering standards
  • Championing accessibility, performance and security best practices
  • Collaborating closely with Product, QA and fellow engineers to deliver impactful features

Tech You'll Be Using:

Front End:

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Component libraries and modern UI tooling
  • Workflow and drag-and-drop frameworks

Back End & Data:

  • Node.js / Next.js APIs
  • PostgreSQL
  • Authentication and authorisation frameworks
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture

Engineering & DevOps:

  • Docker
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing
  • Monitoring and observability tooling

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong professional background in full-stack web development, with experience delivering features across both front-end and back-end systems
  • Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and React
  • Experience working with a server-side React framework, ideally Next.js
  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorisation concepts including RBAC, JWT or SSO
  • Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and code reviews
  • A solid understanding of web security and accessibility standards

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working on SaaS platforms or multi-tenant applications
  • Exposure to Supabase or advanced PostgreSQL security models
  • Experience with Docker and containerised development environments
  • Automated testing experience (Vitest, Playwright or similar)
  • Exposure to AI-driven products, fintech, regulated industries or compliance-focused environments
  • Familiarity with modern state management and form handling libraries

Why Apply?

  • Work on a cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS platform
  • Genuine end-to-end ownership of features
  • Modern engineering practices and technology stack
  • Strong focus on quality, security and accessibility
  • Collaborative and supportive development culture
  • Opportunity to influence architecture and product direction
  • Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000
  • Hybrid working with 2 days onsite per week

If you're a passionate Full-Stack Developer who enjoys building modern products, solving complex technical challenges and working across the entire stack, we'd love to hear from you.
