Are you a sleeves-rolled-up kind of finance professional? We're looking for a sharp, ambitious Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, and business decision support for our fast-paced, operationally driven listed manufacturing client.
You'll be right at the heart of the action from preparing budgets and management accounts to evaluating margins, tracking KPIs, and business partnering challenging and influencing with key stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency and growth. This is not a back-office role. You'll get stuck into everything from stock takes and product costing to ERP improvements, compliance, audit, and strategy. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering timely, insightful financials and variance analysis;
- Business Partnering with product operations, supply chain, and sales to support smarter decisions;
- Owning product costings, commissions, KPIs, and ERP data integrity as well as continuously driving the engagement of process improvements aimed at helping the business to grow and become even more efficient.
We are looking for candidates with:
- A strong foundation in financial reporting and controls;
- A collaborative, problem-solving mind-set coupled with proven experience of working in a production, manufacturing or SKU driven operational environment.
The likely appointee will be an experienced ACMA, ACCA, ACA, CCAB qualified Finance Manager / FC / Group Accountant or Finance Business Partner with an appetite to grow / further their career in a business that values impact over title.
