Our client, a well-established and ambitious business based in Rushden, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and support strategic decision-making at a senior level. As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including:
- Leading month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports
- Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Managing audit and statutory compliance
- Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making
- Leading and developing a small finance team
Experience:
We're looking for someone who brings:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) - QBE will also be considered
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager/Management Accountant role
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an SME or growing business environment is highly desirable
