Our client, a well-established and ambitious business based in Rushden, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and support strategic decision-making at a senior level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is looking to make a real difference.

As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including:

  • Leading month-end and year-end close processes
  • Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
  • Managing audit and statutory compliance
  • Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making
  • Leading and developing a small finance team

Experience:

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) – QBE will also be considered
  • Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager/Management Accountant role
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an SME or growing business environment is highly desirable
