Job Description FINANCE MANAGER — PRIDE PARK, DERBY — UP TO £50,000 A well-established, growing organisation in the care sector is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of month end and day-to-day finance. This is a hands-on role with real scope to shape how the finance function runs. You'll lead on month-end reporting for the senior team, then keep the day-to-day finance function running accurately and on time. Prepare monthly management accounts — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and commentary Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end accounts alongside external accountants Manage day-to-day finance, including bank, supplier and customer reconciliations Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT Level 4 qualified Experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role Confident producing management accounts and running month end independently Strong Excel skills; Xero experience an advantage Company pension Free on-site parking Genuine progression opportunities as the business grows Apply now to find out more about this Finance Manager opportunity.
