It's an exciting opportunity to join a growing marketing agency where creativity, performance marketing, AI-driven innovation, and customer experience all play a central role in delivering measurable commercial results. This role would suit an experienced digital marketing professional who enjoys combining creative content, performance marketing, automation, and analytics to drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI across multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Create and optimise engaging digital content across video, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media
- Utilise AI tools and workflows to support content generation, efficiency, and campaign scalability
- Collaborate on UX and customer journey improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage paid digital channels including Google Ads, PPC, and paid social campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance data, audience segmentation, and ROI metrics to improve results
- Support automation initiatives and implement marketing technology solutions
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Work collaboratively across wider business functions and support the development of junior marketing colleagues
- Proven experience within digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation roles
- Background within SaaS, technology, B2B, or agency-led environments would be highly advantageous
- Paid media experience across Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and campaign optimisation skills
- Understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimisation
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
- Confident using AI-assisted marketing and content creation tools
