This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, resolving queries, liaising with internal departments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, ideally with SAP experience. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately using internal systems. Take ownership of customer orders from enquiry through to delivery. Manage customer, transport and delivery queries efficiently. Respond to stock availability enquiries and provide accurate updates. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages and returns. Liaise with Logistics, Warehouse and Commercial teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
