In this position, you will support the Senior Buyer while managing daily procurement tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, managing forecasts, and onboarding new suppliers.

What you'll do

  • Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Buyer to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or buying role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procurement best practices.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management.

Skills & tools

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform purchasing decisions.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
