Develop and execute engagement campaigns tailored to different customer segments, primarily through email but also including print and other channels.

Understand customer database size and segments, and create strategies to improve performance.

Analyse the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insights to support the development of future campaigns.

Create and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates, identifying key touch points and customer journey stages that require intervention.

Own the relationship with the CRM provider, working on a customer success plan to achieve channel best practices.

Maintain deliverability.

Design, launch, and manage customer loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and foster long-term engagement.

Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
