A large organisation near Rugby is seeking an Interim Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, reconciliations, and a finance systems implementation project during a busy period of change. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim/temporary finance professional with strong analytical and reconciliation skills to support key accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting and accounting processes across month-end and year-end cycles
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Support IFRS-related accounting requirements and adjustments
- Assist with data migration activities into a new finance system
- Validate, reconcile, and test financial data during system changes
- Support data integrity and issue resolution across finance systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in interim/temporary or contract finance roles
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence handling large datasets
