Location: Leicester Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus

A high-profile opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join one of the UK's most respected businesses, based at their Leicester offices. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious finance professional looking to drive performance in a fast-paced, commercially dynamic environment.

The RoleAs Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with senior leadership across key business units to provide insight, challenge, and strategic support. You'll play a critical role in shaping financial decisions that influence business performance, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Business partnering with commercial, operational, and marketing teamsEnd-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningDelivering insight-led analysis to support strategic decisions and commercial initiativesDriving margin improvement, cost control, and ROI analysis on major projectsSupporting commercial tenders, pricing strategy, and investment appraisalsPresenting financial performance to senior stakeholders and board-level audiencesLeading, mentoring, and developing junior finance team members

What We're Looking For:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experienceProven experience in a commercial finance role within a large, complex organisationExcellent analytical and modelling skills, with a data-driven mindsetStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilityConfident working in a fast-moving environment with multiple prioritiesProactive, solutions-focused approach with strong business acumen
