My client is looking for a Probate Legal Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to their Conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all conveyancing-related matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level secretarial support to probate solicitors, including managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and maintaining client files.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as wills, grants of probate, and letters of administration.
- Assist with the preparation of bills and invoices, and manage related financial documentation.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
Experience required:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably within conveyancing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
