Macildowie is excited to partner with a leading client in recruiting for the position of Careers Development Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive tailored career development interventions and professional skills programmes in London, for undergraduate and postgraduate international students. The role is on a temporary, 6 months basis and will be remote, with occasional travel to the East Midlands and London. The role is paying between £21 – £22 per hour. The Careers Development Manager will design and deliver innovative programmes, engage with employers and alumni, and collaborate with academic teams to enhance student employability. The role involves leadership, direct student support, and strategic engagement with internal and external stakeholders to meet students’ career development needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver bespoke skills programmes to help students understand labour markets, articulate their strengths, and successfully pursue diverse career opportunities.
