If you enjoy connecting people, processes, and technology - and want to help shape the future of a growing business - we'd love to hear from you.

  • Work closely with colleagues from across the business - from production and operations to IT, project management, and leadership teams.
  • Help drive meaningful process improvements and support change across key business areas.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on ERP projects (e.g. D365, SAP, Oracle, System21, Aurora, or similar).
  • A background in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment - and an understanding of how those operations function day to day.
  • Familiarity with structured project delivery methods such as Prince2 or Agile.
  • Strong skills in analysing and mapping business processes, defining solutions, and documenting requirements clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.

It Would Be Even Better If You Also Bring:

  • Formal training or certification in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience supporting change management or user adoption in ERP implementations.
  • Confidence using tools like Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Office to create clear and helpful documentation.

What You’ll Bring as a Person:

  • An inquisitive, detail-focused approach with a genuine interest in how things work and how they can work better.
  • The confidence to ask the right questions and the empathy to understand different perspectives.
  • A natural ability to build strong working relationships and bring people together.
  • A proactive and organised way of working - with a willingness to get stuck in and make things happen.
