As Change Manager, you will lead the adoption and embedding of new technologies, digital capabilities and AI-enabled ways of working.   • Drive Business Change
    • Lead end-to-end change management activities across multiple transformation initiatives.

    • Leverage modern digital adoption methodologies and tools to accelerate user proficiency and reduce time to productivity.
    • Translate complex technology and transformation programmes into clear, actionable change outcomes.
    • Create compelling communications that inspire adoption and reinforce strategic objectives.
    • Establish measures of adoption and change effectiveness to track business outcomes.

You'll bring a proven track record of delivering successful change within large-scale transformation programmes and be energised by helping organisations navigate technological disruption.

  • Experience leading business change across complex digital, technology or transformation programmes.
  • A strong understanding of AI trends, including generative AI, AI assistants, automation and agent-based technologies.
  • Experience driving digital literacy, technology adoption or organisational capability-building initiatives.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, influencing and executive engagement.
  • The ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent).
  • Recent professional development in AI, digital transformation or emerging technologies.
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) and modern learning approaches.
