The predicted salary is between 27000 - 33000 £ per year.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our client's team as a HR Coordinator/HR Advisor.

Support operations by managing employee relations cases/processes, including absence, capability, disciplinary, and grievances, ensuring successful resolution.

Prepare letters and relevant documentation for HR processes.

Provide regular updates to the HR Manager and escalate complex or high-risk cases.

Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR inquiries.

Provide HR advice and guidance to team members and managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.

Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Contribute to HR initiatives, including wellbeing, diversity, equality, inclusion, and employee engagement projects.

Have proven experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases, from start to resolution.

Ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this, or have relevant experience in a previous HR role.

Be computer literate and comfortable with Word and Excel.
