Position: Remote Telesales Executive
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote (with one-day induction on-site)
Salary: £12.50 per hour / £24,375 salary with OTE of £35,000 (uncapped commission - received on a monthly basis)
Term: Permanent, Full-time - 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:
- Make targeted outbound calls to new prospects.
- Use a consultative approach to build relationships, grow new accounts, and nurture existing ones.
- Hit or beat sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Understand USPs/benefits compared to market alternatives (you'll be fully trained).
- Assist with registration and system admin, supporting customer care efforts.
- Provide backup support during busy periods.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team Leader and other internal teams.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, cold calling, or B2B (telesales is a bonus).
- Confidence in your own ability to make sales and earn commission in order to boost up your base salary!
- An excellent telephone communicator: confident, clear, and engaging.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Multi-tasker who remains calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- A natural problem-solver, great at thinking on your feet.
- A supportive teammate with a positive attitude.
