My client is looking for a proven Sales Administrator to join a well-established team in Burton-on-Trent. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is looking to provide key administrative and sales support in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary to permanent role - full-time position. Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer service. Processing sales orders and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. Managing client communication via telephone and email. Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals. Maintaining and updating client records and CRM systems. Coordinating the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the sales team. Assisting with the creation and management of sales materials and promotional content. Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality of client information. Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and CRM systems. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. The role is working Monday to Friday - office based and is temporary to permanent.
