Macildowie are working with this client based in Gosforth to recruit a Records Administrator on an estimated 6-month fixed term contract, with a September start and the possibility of starting sooner. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation operating within the children's care and support sector, supporting an important records digitalisation project. The role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident working with large volumes of information and comfortable handling confidential and sensitive records.
The Role
Working as part of a busy administrative function, you will be responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining records as part of an ongoing digitalisation programme. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing physical files ready for scanning and digitalisation
- Completing accurate data entry across internal systems
- Uploading, organising and maintaining information within SharePoint
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Archiving physical and digital records
- Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Ensuring records are managed effectively
