We are currently looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator to join a small business in Arnold, Nottingham. This role requires a strong background in Administrative roles and a basic understanding of Accounts, ideally Purchase Ledger experience.
This permanent position is suited to someone with an office background in a busy workplace. You will work closely with the office manager to ensure seamless business operations - they will consider either a Full Time OR Part Time candidate, but you MUST be able to work fully on site.
- Bank reconciliation
- Small amount of Credit Control duties
- Update spreadsheets/database
- Answer phone when required
- Assist with inventory
Strong IT skills & basic understanding of accounts. Flexible and adaptable individual.
