  • Are you someone who has gained some experience working on projects and is now ready to take the next step in your career?
  • We’re working with a large, international business based in Nottingham that is looking to add capacity to its project team with the appointment of a Junior Transformation & Project Manager.
  • Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you’ll get the opportunity to support a range of large projects while developing your own project management skills and taking on increasing responsibility.

About the Role:

  • This is a varied opportunity for someone who enjoys improving the way things work and wants to build a career in transformation and project management.
  • You’ll be working across the business, getting involved in areas such as:
  • Supporting the Project Manager across a range of large projects.
  • Going out into the business to map processes and understand how things currently work.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation.
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects as your experience develops.
  • Building your project management capability with the longer-term opportunity to lead your own projects.

About you

  • We’re less concerned about having a perfect project management background and more interested in your attitude, work ethic and potential.
  • You may have gained project experience through a previous role, secondment or similar and now be looking for an opportunity to do more and develop your career.

You’ll need to be:

  • Excited by transformation and improving the way things are done.
  • Willing to learn and develop.
  • Someone with a strong work ethic and the right attitude.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to build good working relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Interested in taking ownership and gradually developing your own projects.
  • A full UK driving licence is required, as the role will involve visiting sites.
