Macildowie are working with this client based in Northampton to recruit an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join a growing business
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety and wants a role combining customer service, order and subscription processing, data management and finance administration.
Working closely with the Sales, Support and Finance teams, you'll play an important part in ensuring customers receive a seamless service while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
The Role
As Subscription Administrator, you'll take ownership of the accurate and timely processing of customer subscriptions and provide wider administrative support across the business.
Key responsibilities will include
- Setting up and processing customer subscriptions accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Processing sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics and Sage.
- Liaising with Sales and Support teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled.
- Maintaining accurate customer, subscription, sales and finance records.
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Managing customer expectations around subscription delivery and access.
- Handling after-sales administration, queries and complaints professionally.
- Providing data entry and general administrative support to the Finance team.
- Assisting with reporting and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
- Purchasing office supplies and consumables when required.
- Supporting operational and facilities-related matters.
About You

You'll ideally have
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience using Sage accounting software.
