We're working with an established, product-led business in Leicester that's looking for a talented Senior Marketing Executive to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing generalist who enjoys getting involved in everything from campaign planning and graphic design to product marketing, website development and digital activity.

You'll be joining a business with a recognisable brand, a diverse product portfolio and an established team around you. They're looking for somebody who can bring fresh ideas, take ownership and help drive marketing activity forward.

The Role

No two days will look quite the same! You'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of marketing activity, combining creativity with commercial thinking.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Creating engaging marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Supporting product launches, promotions and wider product marketing initiatives.

• Developing and maintaining website content through Shopify, including SEO optimisation.

• Working alongside the ecommerce team to support product visibility across Shopify, Amazon, eBay and other online marketplaces.

• Producing creative assets, brochures, product literature and promotional materials.

• Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to improve future marketing activity.

• Supporting wider brand development and marketing projects across the business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for somebody who has a strong foundation in marketing, enjoys being hands-on and can confidently manage a varied workload.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Proven experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within a product-led business.

• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns.

• A good understanding of product marketing and how to communicate product benefits effectively.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify website development and SEO.

• An understanding of selling through ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay and Shopify.

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an analytical approach.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.

• Previous people management or supervisory experience.

• Social media management experience.

• Experience delivering email marketing campaigns.
