The Role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers.
- Preparing and processing client documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties via telephone and email.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
- Booking appointments and managing adviser diaries.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory and company procedures.
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration.
About You
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn and develop a career within financial services.
